Fowler's Crossing Trailhead Day
Trail Day Details:

The Barkeater Trails Alliance will be hanging out at the Fowler's Crossing trailhead with info, trail recommendations, and stoke -- PLEASE save us from the boredom of just sitting around, come say hi Smile

Family-friendly no-drop group ride planned for 5:30pm. That's right, bring the little ones. We'll be riding around Fowler's (about 1 hour of mountain biking) and then cruising down the Rail Trail to Ray Brook for a beverage, food, or ice cream cone. You can choose to skip the food-focused fieldtrip if you'd rather go home after mountain biking.

This Trailhead Day is part of BETA's Adirondack Mountain Bike Month where we DARE you to break out of your normal stomping grounds and mountain bike as many BETA regions as possible -- Elizabethtown, Keene, Wilmington, Lake Placid, and Saranac Lake. No bike too rusty, no wheels too small -- everyone can take on the Dare. Folks who ride BETA trails in at least 4 of our towns will win bragging rights, a BETA patch, and are entered to win some stellar grand prizes....but we all know the real trophy is exploring new trails, getting outside, and meeting new riding partners.

Throughout July we're hosting Trailhead Days at select trailheads across the eastern high peaks region. Find details about our other Trailhead Days and their group rides.

No need to sign up for the group ride, but if you're up for taking on our Dare, sign up for BETA Bike Month.
