Trail Spinners Trail Work Day: Land of Promise Trail Trimming event

Meeting point: Maintenance Shed gravel lot - 4122 Wilkinson Road, Havre de Grace, MD

The plan: Trim the overgrowth on Land of Promise Trail and begin to repair erosion/trouble spots if time allows.

Note: Due to the turnout of the first trail work day and the reduced power tool availability, if you have trimming tools (hedgers, pole hedgers, brush cutters, hand saws, loppers, etc), bring it with you just in case. I caution against bringing chainsaws. We had a small battery operated one and a recip saw which worked out fine. They would be used sparingly. We aren’t out there tearing down all the trees
