Race Details:

The iXS European Downhill Cup #6 in Maribor, Slovenia is scheduled to take place from August 14 to August 16, 2026, as the sixth round of the 2026 Continental Series in the European Downhill Cup calendar. This event returns to the Maribor Bike Park at Pohorje, a classic venue in Slovenian mountain biking with a strong downhill tradition and enthusiastic local support.

Riders will compete on a downhill course approximately 2.6 km long with a vertical drop of about 450 m, presenting a mix of technical sections and fast terrain that challenges competitors’ skills, speed, and endurance. The race is part of the European Cup series, drawing both established and rising downhill racers aiming to earn valuable Continental Series points late in the season.

Registration for participants opens on June 16, 2026 and closes on August 6, 2026, with an entry fee of €85 plus additional fees for those taking part.
