You’re invited to join the 21st annual Evergreen Bavarian Bike and Brew Festival on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018 in Leavenworth, WA. This is your chance to grab your friends, kids, and significant other for a full day of mountain biking, camping, music, beer, and fun for the whole family.
-Race Course-
There are exciting changes to the course for Cat 1 and Cat 2 riders this year Riders in these categories will descend Rosy Boa, a more technical and longer ridgeline trail than the prior years’ course.
THIS COURSE IS INTENDED TO BE EPIC! Racers should carefully evaluate their fitness and technical skills when choosing their category.
If you’re riding Bike and Brew for the first time as a Cat 3 or JR, you will be on the traditional course with a descent down Freund's flow trail, which consists of a spectacular but rigorous 8-mile loop, boasting four creek crossings, a challenging single track climb (totaling an 1800’ vertical gain!), and a RAD flow trail descent through spectacular scenery, complete with massive wall rides and berms. Not for the faint of heart, this course remains a test for anyone bold enough to challenge it!
This race sells out every year and is limited to 400 riders. Register early to assure your spot!
NO day of registration!
-Race Start Times-
9am for Cat 2 - 2 laps
9:15am for Cat 3 / Juniors / Leisure - 1 lap
12pm for Cat 1 / Pro - 3 laps
(please be at the race line 15 mins prior to start)
We will have safety time cutoffs in place for the final descent down Rosy Boa. If a racer has not reached the top of the descent for Rosy Boa by 12pm for Cat 2's, and by 3:00PM for Cat 1's, those racers will be redirected to finish their race down the Freund descent.
