Fow-n-Five Fest

Race Details:

The Flow-n-Five Fest showcases the singletrack of Coondoo with two events over the weekend of Saturday 22 Sep and Sunday 23 Sep 2018.

The Flow (Saturday) is part of the club's popular Flow X series, a relaxed staged cross country event with several timed stages of various length. Each stage allows you to blast along the best flowing singletrack at Coondoo, then meander back to the start of the next stage whilst chatting to your mates so that you can do it all again.

This style of event is great for everyone - from the novice rider to the elite - there is no mass start; little need to overtake (or be overtaken) and it's loads of fun. A huge smile on your dial is your guarantee.

The Five (Sunday) is a Cross Country Marathon style event with five hours of singletrack, over an approximate 10km course. This event is also open to riders of all abilities. It will allow solo riders to test themselves over the whole 5 hours, or teams of two or three to ride for glory and test their skills and stamina. The event will be a self seeded mass start, so if you're an absolute gun and need to hit the singletrack first, be at the front of the grid on race day (there will be some extended slightly uphill firetrail before the singletrack starts to help sort out the first lap traffic jitters).

REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW

Online registration only - no registrations available on the day.
