The last competition of the year DHI in the island of Madeira, is national competition, race that brings together many national athletes and in the last year some international riders have joined also, it is in the emblematic track of the 4 Estradas, very public to support the riders, if you think come to the Madeira to make a biketrip, this is one of the heights, enjoy the DH trails of the island and you do a race in which the level that competition is high, more in which the slow ones also have right, if mine, what matters is the Fun and companionship.
Anyone of any nationality can enter with a very affordable cost, it is usually 20 euros to whom has cyclist insurance and 30 euros without having it, usually up to 5 days before the race, can be registered, normally divided in 2 days, Saturday is usually free practice, and Sunday the trainings with descents, a descent timed and the final descent, you wanted to come to the Madeira Island and did not come to think that it was an island allmountain, now you have no excuse, it is also DH paradise.
