Jan. 16 In-person event notes-INTERVAL starts one minute apart-2 at a time.

1. Check-in to receive race bib and confirm start time-participate in silent auction.

2. Receive at check-in free bag of North Bay Trading dried soup for all adults nineteen and over.

3. Awards given out at awards desk to top female and male participants in each race distance category

4. There will be a single water point at 'Six-Corners' on the race route.

5. No Virtual event this year.
