Rocky Trail's 2022 Superflow® season is going to rock your world and the Jolly Nose race, supported by Port Macquarie Hastings Council, will feature many of the ‘must-ride’ trails at the Jolly Nose MTB Park, home trails of the Hastings Valley Mountain Bike Riders. For this season each race has 3 race tracks with 5 possible timed runs on each. No harsh cut-off times and the variety of trails we pick offers a mad enduro challenge. And the best thing? Whatever category you’re in, you can ride together and still lock your own best race run in!

**RACE THE WAY YOU RIDE**

At the Fox Superflow® you ride up at your own pace, then race timed gravity and flow trail stages: drop in with your buddies on each other's tyre or leave a space to pin. It’s about doing party trains, railing berms and SENDING IT! Be a Rocky Trail racer and turn up the volume in your mountain bike life at the Fox Superflow® - have a cruisy day out or absolutely smash your legs all day. The harder you go, the more challenging it gets!

This is friendly enduro racing without a tight schedule. Select Sat or Sun as your race day and then you can pick the order in which to tackle the 3 race stages, which makes this event social and action-packed at the same time!

Competitors must sign up online and spectator entry is free. All race photos are included in your entry and elite and amateur racers of different ages and riding preferences will have a blast - adults and juniors alike! Our young shredders love it, because they not only can smash their mates but also mum and dad out on track!
