Join the Rocky Trail crew who will manage a special mountain biking milestone event for the Sunshine Coast Council, which will be celebrating exactly 10 years until the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
People can get on their bikes at Sugar Bag Road Mountain Bike Trails on 23 July from 10am – 3pm for an action-packed day of FREE demos, trails and #HaveAGo sessions. From children to seniors, beginners to pros, everyone is invited to join the fun and #HaveaGo: Book the kids into an intro to mountain biking session, pump track skills session or take the whole family on a social ride around the Sugar Bag Trails. You can also test your endurance and compare your time against a PRO on a short 1.5km XCO track.
The will feature a MTB Lifestyle Expo and the Rocky Trail team has secured a high-profile line-up of guest speakers and event ambassadors as well as skills coaches. Event participants will get to meet Olympian Lisa Mathison, World Champions Janine Jungfels and Donna Dall, National Pump Track Champion Jayce Cunning and future stars of mountain biking Holly Lubcke, Hayley Oakes and Ethan Weiss.
