Back in the 1980s, most of the singletrack trails in Marin were made illegal for bikes. Access4Bikes and the Marin Bicycle Coalition have been fighting hard for decades to get bike access to these trails. Below is the list of trails that have been made bike legal in the past 15 years. The following trails were either newly built as multi-use or received a change of use that now allows bikes.
