The following trails that are not part of the Marin Municipal Water District (MMWD), have undergone the various steps to become bike legal, but are either under construction or awaiting some other permitting process. Someday in the next year or two, these trails should become bike legal. There is a separate list for those trails in MMWD that will, we hope, become bike legal soon.
