Condition 4. This trail is running great overall with minimal issues and erosion. Lower in the trail before the Stump Jump more and more rocks and roots are being exposed although that fits the character of this trail. The dirt top to bottom is great although it is drying out fairly quickly.

The run out after the jump after the stump jump is fairly brake bumped out, and could use some work. reporter		 Idealview

Upper section is good but halfway down it gets very muddy with some huge bomb holes

Condition 4. This trailer is running very well after 3 days of no rain. I didn't see any major issues on the trail, although there are a few wet spots and lingering muddy spots.

Tree cleared 3/22. Inventory status (2). The trail in in pretty good shape higher up but there is water running down the trail lower down and the tight S-curve is a wall of slippery mud. This trail could use some repair after things dry out a bit. reporter Variableview

Subpar condition(2)
Upper section of the trail is running really well. Once you get into the really technical sections, there are some drainage issues. Standing water, complete mud bogs. New corner work down below in the midsection is pretty rutted out because it hasn't bedded in. Heavy erosion on the stump Gap.
