I got the gen exif up now, www.pinkbike.com/photo/6228298 are those settings alright, what would you change to make it more sharper ?

When i am panning i go, 1/60 shutter speed, F/5.6, ISO as low as i can go to reduce noise, second curtain flash as well. But, to make it sharper i would try editing it. Also, be a pain in the arse and get riders in better colours and the darks just blend into the forest's haha

not sure if this was on second curtain flash :/ i think it might have been doe.. and i think 100 is the lowest but not entirely sure, cheers though!
