mtb A blowdown or two, but what is most concerning is the dangerous state of the end of one of the bridges. Totally loose boards laid down as though they are nailed. They totally aren't. This trail needs some gnome love (most of this riding area does). Variableview

hike Clear; no issues. Mind the somewhat low clearance at start behind NOBLE. A good way to bypass the muddy/washed out parts of Proctor Farm 5 trail in accessing Proctor Farm 7. Idealview

hike Good, but a bit wet in sections, particularly near the northern start from Proctor Farm 1. Field part is solid. Brook crossing intact, with bridge standing. Two trees down near northern start from Proctor Farm 1, but one can be bypassed and the other stepped over fairly easily. Wetview

hike Gets very muddy near start of trail from Proctor Farm 5, especially past platforms. Muddy/wet trail turns into shallow standing water covering whole trial, and then into a small stream. Subsequent platform brook crossing mostly washed out; passable through makeshift stick bridge. After a brief solid part, it then gets very muddy again with low branches.

Northern part near and at looping trail section is pretty clear and solid, though fairly narrow with low brambles on trail sides. 		Prevalent Mudview

hike Wet muddy patch at the start of trail from Proctor Farm 5 trail, but not too hard to get around it and the rest is mostly solid and clear. Brook crossing intact. Variableview

mtb Muddy, and a couple trees down. It seems like they did a lot of work to make these trails viable given the boggy area, but more upkeep needs to be done to make this loop passable Prevalent Mudview
