	South Loop	Dec 29, 2017 @ 7:41pm Dec 29, 2017	mtb Heading CCW, coming up out of the bridged creek crossing, there is a very low overhanging broken tree branch across the trail. It's situated between the creek bridge and the long walkway bridge before you come up the pavers to the road crossing. I had to duck to walk under it while hiking. A rider on a bike would drill themselves on it if not alert to catch it. Shading from the trees makes it a little less conspicuous so it can sneak up on you. reporter	Very Dry	view

CAUTION The trail has developed into 2, side by side singletracks with significant, tall vegetation growing along the center separating the 2 tracks. There is a very deep and wide rut hidden by the vegetation in the center of the 2 treads. Be VERY cautious how and where you cross from one side to the other. Getting caught by the chasm could prove devestating, especially at downhill potential speeds! reporter	Dry	view

There are SIX new Rolling Drain Dips that have been been dug deeply and wide across the entire span of the fire road section on Filiponi Trail just below the overturned water trough that is located at the base of the Froom Connector singletrack between Johnson Ranch and Froom. These are spaced all the way to the base of the serpentine rock hill climb. Obviously, this is in preparation of the forecasted big rains. If you're launching from Johnson Ranch, you'll not have a problem identifying them. If you're headed towards Johnson coming from Froom/Irish Hills, these are located in a section where speeds can be high and they "may" be an unpleasant surprise if you're not ready for it.	Dry	view
