May 11, 2021 @ 9:10pm May 11, 2021 | mtb If you are from anywhere east of colorado then you may not appreciate this little gem of a trail. As I am from Florida this was a visually mind blowing trail to ride. Not super technical or over-ally strenuous, but just a perfect blend of speedy single track. Plenty of ups and downs with tons of flow sections and some close to rim edge to go around. I would have to rate this a 10 for a single track. Arid conditions, so make sure you hydrate and get ready for some fun. Locals have carved off some alternate paths, but everything seems to funnel to the same path, so no worries about getting lost. This is a well marked trail. There are a couple of sections that look a bit like 4 wheeler trail, so just keep eye out for the single track stuff and you will easily stay on track. | Dry | view | |||

The trail itself is a must do for the flow and the views. Nov 6, 2018 @ 4:12pm Nov 6, 2018 | mtb This trail is primarily a green, but does have a short section with some serious exposure though the "official" marked trail bypasses the traverse along the edge of a certain death or injury fall. I let my 11 YO kid ride the sketchy section, but that's because I'm a bad parent. He made me nervous a couple times... Anyways there's nothing on this trail that would make it intermediate. It is spectacular and there is some fun Slickrock play sections alongside the offical route. In fact what this trail needs most is further development with some official trails that go up and down from the top of the rim to the bottom of the rim. There are way more "features" down below and it would be much more fun (and strenuous) if there were side loops built off this excellent "backbone" of a trail. | Unknown | view |
