Must be a cross over that cuts that section off as once we hiked a bike around and started making our way back an hit the double track again seemed like the last 3km were good again so locals must be cutting off the mid 3km and just crossing over using double track. Go on main road (exiting park) for less than 1km and turn left onto snowmobile trail. In about 1km and you’ll see orange dot on tree to get onto single track trail. Using GPS in app helps.
