Description:
Around 3 trees across trail. Very impressed with trail condition. A little overgrown but not bad at all. Only a couple wet spots, the rest was super dry

well the rain on 10/18 pretty much erased the mtb race line so with the leaves falling it would be best to wait a bit before riding view

95 percent dry, only a couple low spots with seeps coming out of ground. Gtg view
