Good condition with a few sandy spots you need to be ready for. Some new bypasses will help out in so,e areas where erosion is taking out parts of the trail.

There are sandy spots, but they are manageable. The black trail is a little overgrown in spots, but also manageable. view

Good condition, but there are some very sandy spots so be on the lookout for those. view
