Ridden on 2020-Aug-10.
It is indeed an easy mountain biking trail - significantly easier than (for example) Blue Highway, but you do need some mountain biking skills. My wife is an excellent cyclist, but timid on a mountain bike, so she was uncomfortable on the loose stuff (not too many places) and rock drop-offs (all under 10 cm).
I liked this trail and am really glad we biked it rather than hiked it.
