Description:
Off Millstream, the trailhead requires a hike-a-bike over the guard rail. At the top near Harrington road there has been a fence placed across the road indicating it's private property. After hiking through the bush I think this fence is built to prevent riders from accessing 'Old Skirt Power Line Entrance' from Bear mountain and not built to impede riders from accessing Bear mountain. I'd recommend avoiding Old Skirt Power Line Entrance to access Bear Mountain. Use Harrington road off Millstream.

Plastic fence installed at Bear Mtn end, can ride around or take one of the trails that go under the power lines instead. view
