 Checked with the Utica Mayor and he said the bridge portion needs to be load tested and evaluated for some form of damage. There was no information that I could find related to what kind of damage there is. This seems like one of those issues that go around in a red tap scenario for years until someone takes the bull by the horns and gets it deemed safe or fixed.
