 It is not permanently closed. It is closed until further notice due to hazard conditions. Trail restoration work will begin after USFS assessments are completed.

 right yes. but permanent until a pretty large trail reclamation effort. do you have any idea how / when? I'm guessing > 1 year at a minimum. thats going to be pretty monumental to go in and remove all hazard trees, rebuild tread, its not like its an easy to access location.
