7 downed trees and the bridge is tipped over. Still crossable, even while carrying a bike. Beautiful trail and the Rhodys are poppin’! view

Hiked the north section to Salmon River and there are about 10 downed trees. On the plus side, the huckleberries are plentiful. view

 I don't think the ending of a fire closure has cleared the 100 blowndown trees that were there before. The forest service has basically abandoned this trail. tbmaddux is writing vague reports from behind the computer and not actually riding any trail.
