The wet section near the top (yeah, I know, which one...?) has been closed and rerouted. Please respect the closure (you'll regret riding the ripped up original trail mud river after the orange flagging, trust me).
Head on up to the right now and please take the new rerouted section. The first 100 feet will be sloppy wet peanut butter in the rains coming, maybe best to ride Boogieman this week, thanks!
Also, please let your hiking friends know as well - uphill traffic should please take the reroute as well, starting just after the Figure 8 skinnies.

Some stats on the reroute - 72 individual volunteers helped out out on 21 traildays of approximately 6 hours each from August 7 to November 2, 2020.
A total of 392 volunteer labour hours to remove all the duff in a 2-3 foot wide strip and replace it with grade reversals, drainages and sumps, all made from rock and gold mineral soil.
A huge thanks to Giant Vancouver, BOC Racing, Giant Canada, Westport Fuel Systems and all the individuals who came out to help me with a project I've had planned and permitted in 2018!
There are still a few more smaller ride in and clean things up dates planned, mostly on Sundays throughout November and December. Get in touch if you'd like to help out.

Check out the big boulder that's behind the bucket, closing the old line. We pulled it up out of the trail, but couldn't bring ourselves to move it into the berm, after having moved a smaller one ten feet in an hour with two guys. I'm pretty sure they were both winched into place 15 years ago.

@heckler73: I've got a 4T come-along that I could bring up, if you want to winch any boulders or logs to a new home.
