Reshape berm, surface kicker, clear drainage, whipper snip lower trail near carpark, build drainage with armour rocks and shape into kicker, resurface 30 of trail beneath new drainage.

3/4 of the way down the grass is about 2m high and touching in the middle of the track for about ~30m. view
