Update to my Sept. 18, 2016 report.
The portion of the trail that was unrideable has been rerouted & is in the process of being redone. I talked with Alan, from the Pine/Strawberry Fuel Reduction Team & he said a 1.5 miles section from the "Good Enough" Trail, north towards BearFoot trail, has been recently rerouted & they are in the process of finishing it up. So it should make for a pretty decent trail once they finish it. See the Pine Strawberry Fuel Reduction website for updates & new trail in the area.
