Description:
Access for major earthworks so foot deep mud and JCB tyre ruts. Causeway at Black Springs is completely shut so no way to cross the reservoir without an 8km detour over Maidens Cleugh (red route)

Good path. Wet weather so puddles often cover width of path. Bridge to cross river in good condition. view
