Description:
It was a little soft everywhere accept the normal sandy areas. But not muddy at all. I wasn’t leaving any tread marks but on a few corners and a few steep uphills. Some of the less ridden trails need some light raking in places and some of those less ridden trails had a few trees we had to break/move. But over all, great shape! I’m going again as soon as things dry out from today. 3/4 inch rain is going to take a few days with trails that are already on the soft side.

No real ice. Some in spots but easily managed. Not a lot of mud either. A few downed trees but nothing you couldn’t avoid. view

Dry, bumpy, soft. Probably better suited for hoses rather than bikes. Watch out for trail apples!! view
