Description:
From Brainard, the trail is packed but has an uncomfortable amount of heel divots and post holes past the SSV intersection to the dry pond. From dry pond to Beaver Res Road is as good as it gets. Local hero Troy Mandery has been snowshoeing this section all winter and his efforts paid off. From Beaver Res Road to PV, trail is still good, but has been getting slushy during the day so is either soft or frozen slush. Still very rideable and fun.
