Description:
Trail is running good. New bypass at Blue Pool is pretty trick still. Lava rock is very fresh and very grippy on tires so any wrong turn can send you off your bike (3 of our party of 4 crashed here). Maybe 5 trees down (smaller ones) over the final 8 or so miles).

Yeah, got caught on some lava rock in a little janky turn. When I fell off the bike, caught my knee on a spike on my pedal. Then I rode another 15 miles.

@Benconomics: Nothing like some good scenery and awesome singletrack to take the pain away! Looking forward to hitting some MRT on Friday.
