Aug 01, 2021 Genie Trail Report

Wow, incredibly impressed by the work that has gone into bringing this trail closer to realizing its full potential! Many blowdowns have been sawed or bridged. A lot of debris has been removed. Some more blowdowns, closer to its sourthern terminus, still need to be sawed. A few clips are needed. The existing bridge either needs a re-route or replacement. And of course the most important part - this trail needs bridging beyond its terminus, in order to connect to the powerlines or the nearby dead end. Thank you to all those who are working to make this one of the best trails in the area!
