Description:
From just past the Mill Creek Dam pullout and where Crystal Cr Rd leaves to the left the road has been covered with fairly rough asphalt.

Starts out dry and smooth in areas that get good sunlight. Last 1/4 towards the top is wet and muddy with a firm base. Rideable regardless. view
