Description:
Is generally and reasonable condition. The section from Bayview St has ruts & still has mud bogs & damaged by MOTO bikes. These are currently passable due to majority bog holes mostly dried out. Once you reach section up near GNW illegal tree felling as caused some issues and section along jumps is still boggy but side trail very good and dry for MTBing & hiking.
All corners in this area of trail are eroded from both water & MOTO bikes.
As is section across on northern side of the Vermont Fire Maintenance Trail this still has lots of boggy sections and suffers from erosion and damage by MOTO bikes. It’s rideable on a MTB or hikeable.

It all needs a bit of restoration but otherwise ok
