Aug 29, 2021 Spur Road 4881-121 Trail Report

We decided to ascend this road to avoid all the downed trees on neighboring trails. Unfortunately, there were very many downed trees across this gravel road as well (but otherwise a pleasant grade with pleasant pea gravel). There are no paths or deer trails to sneak over to the two neighboring trails at the dead end, so bring a compass if you plan to bushwhack. The end of the road is about 500 feet from either trail, but it’s thick forest/meadow to hike through with a bike, easy to twist an ankle.
