Feb 21, 2022 Channel 6 Trail Report

Rode track 20 Feb 2022, track is open and running ok but there’s evidence of soil erosion in parts of the track after recent heavy rain. Some sections are quite wet and muddy, while some other bits are loose, rutted and rocky, much more so than the dry conditions experienced when I last rode the track in late Oct 2021. It’s a super fun track, easy at the start, but I still question the overall green rating given the tech difficulty of the bottom rock garden, which surely deserves a harder rating. Beginners might consider walking, or ending up OTB unless they dial in the rowdiness and pick the magic line.
