Description:
Saturday, August 20th, River was to a point where it was not safe to cross. When I arrived you could have crossed the river, but 1 hour later it had come up about 2 / 3 feet and would have been dangerous to cross. I had to ride out via the Airport road to cross the Southern Bypass Bridge... Not there was not a cloud in the sky and this water level must have come from rain far out in the Fort Pierce Wash
