Description:
Similar observations as the other recent reports. I rode from Twete road up to just below the last RH switchback. The lower part was pretty good. The middle was mixed as it went in and out of the burn. Above the viewpoint it was more overgrown. I only saw one down tree in what I rode, but turned around when it looked like it would start getting thicker with downed trees. The low bushy stuff that moves in after a fire has moved in. Will require a lot of work to maintain a good riding quality. This was one of my favorite trails. Too bad a knucklehead did this to this area by starting a fire (I heard it was caused by some folks with a boat that were having a picnic and fire on the lakeshore during the worst of the fire season. People).
