Description:
Awful, Muddy Creek - there is NO TRAIL. be prepared to carry your bike through fields of tamarisk, cross the river 15 times through mud, and lots of it. Probably not even fun without a bike. would be a stretch for a hiker, too.

100% double track /jeep road. The views are worth every bit of the climbing. The farther you go the better the views and the steeper the climbs. view

 Why are you going down Muddy Creek with a bike? That's wilderness area and not a legal mechanized route. And that's not even part of the Behind the Reef trail, so why put the report here?

 So nobody else does? it was a posted route on a bikepacking site which we should not have trusted.
