Great for some, less desirable for others.
This was a beautiful trail, but not technical at all, nor challenging for experienced riders. It’s basically a hiking trail you can bike on. Same with Gail’s creek trail, etc… if this is a blue square, it would make the blue squares at Rocky Point (and similar) double blacks. Should be a green except it’s long and does have a drop on the side of much of the trial - if you rode off it/fell, you’re not going to die - but it’s also not going to be good.
