Description:
The most remote and difficult part of the trail has seen little maintenance. Numerous downed trees and sparse blazes (some are painted on rotting trees on the ground) make the section between the ledges a wilderness-type trail as it feels like a bushwhack. Just south of the waterfall, the trail has been savaged by illegal dirt bike riders.
