Description:
Very dry and hot. Was pleased to get 4WD lift out from Scotties. Getting quite overgrown in places - though the route is still clear. Pool Hut was full of wasps and is not recommended. The section from the 4WD road end (Maling Pass end) to the Lake Guyon has deterioriated since I last visited in 2013 (it was quite family friendly then) but is still very rideable.

PS. forgot to add that the McArthur Bridge is still out, so many riders are doing return daytrips/loops from either end. view
