Description:
Over the handlebars today. Lucky I wasn’t killed. Chipped teeth, broken helmet, significant bruising. Fire trail below Bruce 4. Water over road. Looks innocent, but muddy bog hole. My bike stopped completely. No warning sign. I went back later & put one up. Be very careful! I am chicken mountain biker & this happened to me.
