Description:
After the bottom of the switchbacks near Fieldstone Dr, there are major water ruts, with moss, running through a 20 ft length of inclined trail. Puddles, hard packed with moss areas, mud, streams in the trail, ice, copious leaves and pine needles. Makes it a slippery, hazardous time of year to ride. Makes for decent, cautious hiking.
