Description:
From the dam to the 140 spur hike on 2/8/23. The descent to the 2nd log bridge is running water from the rains.
I packed a chainsaw in and cleared the large blowdowns that others could not get with their packsaws. Everyone has done a great job clearing stuff.
This years growing season will be a challange because of the salmon berries growing in.
The next section heading towards Maidenhair falls is still to be cleared. The water crossings without bridges will be challanging until after the wet season. Once it dries some we will try to get in with chainsaws and start on getting it in shape.
From the fishdump gate to the falls should be in fair shape. But wet.
