Description:
Chad and Joeys is in decent condition, dry except for the small low section just south of the Weir. There is a drainage issue where the old ski jump was located. Otherwise there is definite evidence that people, mostly foot traffic, used the trail when muddy. It’s dry now and very rough in a lot of areas.
There is also an issue at the far south end at Broadway, it’s washed out and still ice under the bridge. That section between University Bridge to Broadway Bridge should be avoided if possible for a few more days.
