Description:
Tried to find the trail head on May 29th 2023. While it's noted on the Webb Peak Trail sign there is no signage for the actual start of the trail in the midpoint of the Columbine Camp loop. Immediately there are several down trees. My understanding is that the forest service "may" have some work done on this trail but only to Webb Peak Loop trail junction. Otherwise it seems the trail was too devastated by the Frye Fire erosion aftermath to be reestablished.There is active restoration work in place for Ladybug, Arcadia, Heliograph Round the Mountain and Noon Creek Trails.
