Description:
A hidden gem! Right now though, lots of deadfall that I couldn't get out with my small folding saw. The drop from Long Hollow straight down into Peterson is a bit of a mess with overgrowth and snow/water. There is a couple spots in Peterson Hollow proper with water still lingering on the trail and very small snowpatches.

Not closed. In great shape. A little overgrown at the top and bottom, but the pines in the middle are glorious! view

Access seems closed based on the sign at the trailhead. Did not see a clear indication of trail on other side of river either. view
