The trails need a big time tune up as vegetation has overgrown 66 percent of the trail. Furthermore most of the lips have been partially destroys not giving you enough pop off the jump, causing the trail to have an inconsistent flow. For the skills area, almost everything is completely overgrown with only the main area having space for riding, but unfortunately everything in the main skills area has been washed out and not repaired. There is also a missing black diamond sign, but an upside is the first jump on the “double black diamond” trail is completely fine and jumpable. In conclusion if your near by and want a jumping challenge, it’s a park with jumps that if spent an hour on you can clear, but don’t go out if your way to go there. 4/10
