***If your accessing the BMT from Alta*** We're doing maintenance on the haul rope for Sugarloaf lift and have closed the lower portion of the Germania Pass/Backside road. Closure is in place from 8/16/23-8/23/23.
Please obey the closure and consider pedaling up the Collins Gulch road. It's not that steep Wink

Rode down from Gad Valley road, so not sure of trail up higher. Rest of trail is very dry and rocky. Wood bridge/overhang is creaky, but stable. view

some water running at a trickle in a few spots but otherwise loose like normal and ideally good to go view
